About the experience
Join a group of 25 other wine enthusiasts for a journey through six different sparkling wines. Enjoy them alongside platters of charcuterie and cheese whilst learning how to store and serve bubbly and how best to tell the difference between Cava, prosecco and Champagne. This fun evening also includes a Champagne quiz and a lesson on how to make your very own classic champagne cocktail.

My husband and I joined Carl's wine tasting class. Carl was a font of interesting knowledge and a great communicator who kept the class flowing nicely! The 3 flights served with the 3 course meal was a nice touch and day, overall, was was an extremely enjoyable experience.
