About the experience

This four-hour Champagne and fizz masterclass is a truly fascinating journey into the world of winemaking, buying, tasting and storing. If you’ve ever wanted to become a wine expert, this is your chance. This day offers the opportunity to taste ten sparkling wines, all unique in their own way. Taste Champagne, prosecco, Cava, Moscato, new world and an award-winning British fizz. Learn to identify them and recognise flavours created by the fermentation process. Then, try out a blind tasting of Champagne and fizz before sitting down to a cocktail making session! If that hasn’t convinced you, a three-course lunch is included to complement the drinks.
