Amazing Head in the clouds massage
I recently had a back, neck, and head massage at Champneys in Enfield, and it was pure bliss! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and inviting. My therapist, was incredibly skilled and attentive. She focused on all the right pressure points, melting away the tension I didn't even realize I was holding.
The head massage was especially divine – I felt all the stress just drain away. My neck and back feel so much looser and more relaxed now. I highly recommend this treatment for anyone looking to de-stress and rejuvenate!

So relaxing
I’ve been visiting Champneys St Albans for a few years, Holly and Gemma are really lovely girls. I love the Head in the Clouds Massage, it’s so relaxing. Yesterday the therapist was excellent, I didn’t take her name but she asked if I had any concerns, I said I’d had some neck pain and a few headaches recently and she concentrated on my neck and shoulders which has really helped.

A much needed pamper!
Fantastic offer found on buyagift for a discounted Champneys treatment, received as an anniversary present. Firstly the location was stunning, have never been to St Albans and secondly the treatment was outstanding. I wasn’t expecting to come out feeling so much improved just with a 25min treatment. But my therapist Annabella managed to manipulate my shoulders and neck in such a way that all my tension disappeared. The treatment was so relaxing yet so intense at the same time. And the head massage was out of this world. So i highly recommend buyagift for your discount, St Albans Champneys for the location and Annabella as your therapist and you can’t go wrong. Thank you for a lovely day out and enjoyable experience.
