What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your voucher is valid for one adult and one child
• This experience is available week round, year round. Hours may vary depending on the season, please contact the venue for up to date information
• The zoo opens at 10am each morning
• Adults are aged 16+ years. Children are aged from 2–15 years. All children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+
• Children under 2 go free but will still need a pre-booked ticket
• It is advisable to book 14 days prior to your visit
• Please note, Hoo Zoo sits on a natural floodplain - wellington boots are vital if visiting during or just after wet weather
• Please be aware that the zoo's carnivores are fed a natural diet, meaning you may see whole dead prey items (such as chicks) in their enclosure
• Pets and animals are not permitted on site except for service dogs
