• Your voucher is valid for one child (aged 3–15 years)
• Available week round, year round, excluding Christmas Day
• Under 3s may enter for free but will still require a ticket to be pre-booked
• Children must be joined by a paying adult
• The Zoo opens at 10am every day. Closing times vary – please check before visiting
• Closing times may be affected by special events on selected dates
• Bookings should be made 14 days prior to your visit
