What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your voucher is valid for two people
• Available week round, between the 28th May–18th September 2022
• Sessions last for 50 minutes. Please arrive 45 minutes before the start of the session
• Minimum age: 6 years
• Minimum height: 1.2m
• Children aged 6–8 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged over 18, with a ratio of one adult to every three children
• Participants must be able to swim 50m unaided and be confident in the water
• Participants must sign a waiver form. For those under the age of 18, an adult must sign on their behalf
• Please bring swimwear and a towel and remove all jewellery
• If you have any medical conditions, please consult your doctor before taking part
• This activity is not suitable for pregnant people
• The park may close in extreme weather such as storms, high winds or lightning. In this situation, customers will be offered to move to a later time on the same day, subject to availability, reschedule their booking to another date, or receive a full refund
