About the experience
Partial to a glass of the old Mother’s Ruin? Learn how to make your favourite tipple on this gin-making experience at In The Welsh Wind Distillery. This masterclass includes access to the distillery, the use of one of the test stills and the opportunity to create your own gin! You’ll learn how to identify different botanicals before mixing up your own recipe using the botanical library. You will then have a chance to operate the still to create your bespoke gin, which will be bottled up to take home!
