Incredible night away!
My boyfriend and I went away for an evening here and we will 100% be coming back again! Staff were totally lovely, food was incredible and room was very clean and spacious. Worth every penny!

Very enjoyable
Hotel and grounds were beautiful, reception ok but not overly helpful, as to where everything and times were etc telling us it was all on the keycard, and later on having drinks we were told not to take photos unless management had given permission, bar and restaurant staff very helpful both in the restaurant and when we inquired if we could walk round in and outside, and they told us photos were allowed, but it was a pleasant stay and we would stay again, room lovely and clean.

Comfortable room but customer service not great
The room was large, comfy and clean and the breakfast was good. Our room was quiet even though there were multiple weddings going on. Unfortunately our check-out experience wasn't great. Reception had previously asked if we wanted a paper in the morning, we assumed this was complimentary. The paper arrived under our door with an invoice for it. Then on check-out we were told that we had nothing to pay as everything was covered by our Buyagift voucher. Later that day we received a phone call asking us to pay £0.90 by card over the phone for the paper! Also, on booking the room, the reservations team were hard to get hold of. I had to call several times over several days before speaking to anyone.
