Shendish Manor
fantastic experience! Duty manager Beth was absolutely amazing; friendly, welcoming, always making sure everything was ok. Grounds were peaceful, well kept, perfect for a walk. Everyone greeted you with a smile, nothing was too much trouble

Two night break at Shendish Manor
We had an enjoyable stay in this attractive manor house. Our room had character with a comfortable super-king size bed and an impressively large ensuite room. We had dinner in the restaurant, and the food was excellent.The grounds are extensive with good views. We walked along the nearby Grand Union canal - very pleasant.

Retirement gift
This was bought for ourlelves by work frinds as a retirement gift, although we enjoyed our break and we did meet up with other friends. When we were eating in the resturaunt in the evening we were really annoyed that a gentleman at the side of us and one behind were on their laptops all the time and even when they were eating, in our opion we found this really rude towards the other guests. I think all Hotels and resturaunts should go laptop, phone free as it is not polite when dining.
