Stayed many times at The Churchill Hotel
The staff are so friendly and professional. The rooms are lovely, tastefully decorated, bar area really nice . Good choice for breakfast and all very tasty and well presented. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Great gift
We stayed 1 night at the Churchill Hotel in York. It was far better than we expected, very modern decor and full of character. Evening meal and breakfast were excellent and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel and this gift experience.

Excellent hotel !
The hotel is a short walk from the centre of York. Check in was very professional and friendly with lots of advice and bags carried to the room. The room was very modern with a lovely bathroom. The only criticism would be the bed was a little small and the room was quite tight for space. The hotel is a beautiful building with lots of history and the bar and restaurant are modern but incorporate all of the period features. The staff all all very helpful and professional and both mornings breakfast were excellent.
