After you’ve soaked up all of the expert knowledge, you’ll leave with a bag of goodies, including the side of smoked salmon you carved during the demonstration, a beautiful hardwood salmon carving board, a specialist Granton smoked salmon knife and a pair of salmon boning tweezers to share.

• Each class is arranged on a one-to-one basis for a mutually suitable date

• The smokehouse is cold so warm clothes with long sleeves are recommended, along with closed toe shoes and no high heels (as there are steps down to the smokehouse)
