Indulge in a revitalising 45-minute Mud Rasul treatment, in which you will apply natural ESPA mud to your face and body. The lighting is then dimmed as the warmth of the steam surrounds you in the Rasul, opening the pores and allowing the luxury ESPA mud to soak into your skin. This treatment will help to stimulate blood flow, revive muscle tissue and restore the lymphatic system. Once the experience is complete, a gentle mist falls from the ceiling to lightly wash away any remaining mud. As well as this blissful spa treat, you'll also enjoy access to the leisure facilities and can tuck into a delicious afternoon tea during your visit. A lovely day
We had a lovely experience at the wave spa in Gerrard's cross. The spa was very clean and had a good range of facilities. The staff where very attentive, especially Yasmin who went above and beyond to ensure that we had a relaxing experience. We will definitely book again.

Great relaxing day
We had a wonderful relaxing day at Gerrards Cross Crowne Plaza spa. The Mud Rasul experience was very enjoyable, our skin and hair feel fabulous afterwards!
Lovely afternoon tea, the staff were exceptional, particularly our waitress Gabriella.
Would definitely recommend and we are looking forward to booking again.
