- Minimum age is 18; under 18s must provide written consent from a parent or guardian who must also accompany them
- No children and no pets permitted
- It is optional to arrive two hours early to enjoy the spa facilities
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment
- The venue has disability access via the front entrance with automatic door, and lift to all floors
- Please inform the venue at the time of booking if you need assistance or prefer a step-free room to accommodate your needs
- Robes and slippers are provided
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations for couples and small parties; larger groups of four or more must provide one week’s notice for cancellations or changes. Please refer to your booking and rate plan for your specific cancellation policy.
- No-shows or late cancellations will be charged in full
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Changes to bookings may incur full cancellation charges
