• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your voucher is valid for one person
• Available week round, year round
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Under 18s may attend only with written consent from a parent or guardian, who must accompany and supervise minors during use of spa facilities and treatment
• No children and pet are not permitted
• Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before your treatment time
• The venue has disability access via level access front entrance and lift; some rooms may require a few steps
• Please contact the venue at the time of booking if you need assistance or prefer a step free room to accommodate your needs
• Deposits taken to guarantee best rates are non refundable
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations for couples and small parties; larger groups of four or more must provide one week’s notice for cancellations or changes. Please refer to your booking and rate plan for your specific cancellation policy
• Late cancellations or no shows will be charged
• Booking amends are not possible without full cancellation charges
