What do I need to know?

Absolutely Delightful Experience
I arrived at 1 p.m. and everything was ready for me. The itinerary for my experience was clearly explained and then I was free to enjoy myself. I used the sauna, jacuzzi, plunge pool, steam room several times. My 40 mins neck, back and shoulders massage by Stacey was amazing. But best of all was the two-course dinner with a cocktail which I had. As I was on my own I was given a lovely quiet corner to enjoy my meal and drinks.
