What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Available Tuesday–Saturday from 5.30pm–9.30pm, September–June, excluding Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter weekend Christmas (25th & 26th December) and 1st January
• Please inform the supplier of any dietary requirements at the point of booking. Any dietary requirements must be given with a minimum of 48 hours notice
• Any additional items purchased on the day are payable directly to the supplier
• The dress code for The Rubens is smart casual and it is requested that guests refrain from wearing sportswear, flip-flops and non-tailored shorts – guests not adhering to the dress code policy will not be permitted entry into the restaurants and bars
