About the experience
Get away from it all with a spa day for one at White Spa at the White House in Rhuallt, North Wales. During your visit, you’ll enjoy two hours’ use of the spa and wellness centre’s modern facilities, from taking a dip in the pool and sitting back in the Aromatherapy steam room or sauna, to soaking in the bubbles in the outdoor vitality pool. Your spa day also includes a tasty one-course light lunch and a drink to sip on, but the cherry on top is surely the 30-minute treatment with an expert therapist which will transport you to an oasis of calm. Choose from a selection of treatments including a back, neck and shoulder massage, a Power Breakfast facial, a head massage and a leg and foot ritual for a pampering treat to remember.
What do I need to know?

- Available Friday - Sunday, year round
- Minimum age: 16 years. Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the treatment room
- Please inform the supplier of any medical conditions or allergies at the point of booking
- This experience is not suitable during the first 14 weeks of pregnancy. After 14 weeks, most treatments can be adapted for pregnant people

Spa day was nice, treatments were nice but not the full time advertised- seems to be standard with all spas.
Booking process took about 5 attempts to get it right, possibly due to untrained reception staff because the one on day (forgot name) was lovely.
