Arrived early but the amazing staff still accommodated us, the experience was great and the food was so good! Can’t wait to go back!

Staff were attentive, freindly, and had great attitudes.

We had a lovely time cruising leisurely down the canal with Mark, our very friendly, knowledgeable guide. The afternoon tea was tasty and filling. We stopped half way for a lesson and demonstration on the use of locks and then returned to our starting point. We saw lots of wildlife on the trip and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the canal. Thank you, Mark.

Very nice 3 course meal with friendly staff and great service in lovely surroundings. Transfer into auditorium for a cracking show. Very professional throughout. Buyagift package offers a good saving against the normal full price.

My mum really enjoyed afternoon tea in the lovely surroundings of the Lowry. Great food and service. I’d recommend this as a gift to mums in the Manchester area.

Had a wonderful time at afternoon tea. The staff were really friendly and attentive and the venue is gorgeous. Food was lovely and the tea selection was great. Will be returning to the venue.
