Full Day Beginner's Thai Cooking Class for Two at The Cooking Academy

Pair up for a full-day introduction to fresh, aromatic Thai cooking. After a welcoming drink and overview of the day, an expert tutor explains the key herbs, pastes and textures that define the cuisine before guiding you both through a menu of Thai red curry, jasmine rice, fish cakes, spring rolls and red chicken curry with bamboo shoots. Working side by side, you chop, stir-fry and taste your way through each recipe, leaving with containers full of dishes to enjoy later.

What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your voucher is valid for two people
• Available week round, year round
• This experience lasts around five to five and a half hours
• Minimum age: 13 years
• The class is suitable for vegetarians, vegans and those with gluten intolerance, with alternative recipes available where required
• A supplementary charge applies for vegan or kosher menus; vegan options are typically £10 per day, with kosher pricing confirmed based on the class
• Disabled access is not available at this venue
• Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes; flip-flops and open-toed shoes are not permitted
• Use of all cooking equipment and ingredients
• Dietary requirements should be provided within 24 hours of booking and at least 28 days before the class for allergy advice
• Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements at the point of booking
• Please bring suitable lidded containers to take home dishes prepared during the class
