After a full safety briefing and kit-up, step out side by side onto the rooftop viewing platform, then begin a controlled 30m abseil down the stadium’s side. This experience lasts around 45 minutes; please allow up to one hour and 15 minutes at the venue
Any participant under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over; in most cases, an adult must take part in the group unless otherwise stated
One participating adult aged 18 years or over is required for every five participants under 18 years
Minimum height: 1.25m
Maximum weight: 130kg
Participants must have a waist measurement of 120cm or less and an upper thigh measurement of 65cm or less
Everyone must be able to walk and be physically fit; baby in arms are not permitted
Warm, comfortable clothing suitable for the weather is recommended, with walking boots or trainers; some experiences require arms and legs to be covered
The venue must be notified of any cancellations with seven days’ notice
Not all locations have level access; please contact the venue in advance to discuss any specific access requirements
A waiver must be completed before taking part in this adventure
