Beautiful scenery and lovely food
Friendly and professional staff, a good selection of cakes. My husband is GF and the chef made fresh scones for him, we had to wait but totally worth it. Would recommend.

60th wedding anniversary
We had the most wonderful time, the hotel staff were very kind and considerate, we were treated to champagne by the hotel. The afternoon tea was delicious and as we could not eat it all, we were given a box to take home the leftovers.

Beautiful setting
We were made very welcome by everyone. We asked to sit on the terrace as the weather was great and our request was met with smiles. A beautiful setting with delicious food. Definitely recommend.

De vere afternoon tea
The worst afternoon tea ever.Had to make your own cup of tea with water from a teapot,
therefore tea was lukewarm.Sandwiches excellent. Scones so small, it was hard to keep the jam and cream on them. Pastries rather to look at than eat. Very sweet and sickly.
Tea cups very thick ...should be bone china!
Needs a complete overhaul with someone who knows what an English Afternoon Tea
should be. A total waste of money Sorry we won't be visiting again!
