- You may upgrade to a Friday night stay for a £20 supplement, payable direct to the hotel
- You can upgrade to a Saturday night between November and March for a supplement of £20, paid direct to the venue (Saturday nights are not available the rest of the year)
- Stays are not available in July or August

Perfect gift
We had a 2 night stay at the Dog & Partridge - everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The room was well equipped with a sofa and arm chairs and everything else we needed. We were very comfortable and cosy and the room was spacious and nicely decorated.
The inn has a wide selection of beers, including local specialities, and there is a wide selection of food on the menu. The breakfast is very good with lots of fresh fruit, pastries, cakes along with the usual 'full English' breakfast selection plus others (cheesy crumpets with bacon!). You won't go hungry. We had a very enjoyable stay and the staff were brilliant fun and ready for a laugh and joke. We would certainly recommend the Dog & Partridge and will return if we are again in the area.

Not as hoped
Not really a comfortable guest house, more an American style motel. Instead of a full English breakfast as published in the deal we were only offered a continental breakfast. Very noisy room due to main road nearby, and very soft mattress led to poor sleep. Not a very happy experience.
